Advantage Home Inspections is not affiliated with any other company or person, and is completely independent.I perform home inspections on a full-time basis. I do NOT perform repairs and I do NOT sell real estate. This is very important to you, because either of the above activities is a direct conflict of interest and may affect the quality or honesty of the inspection information you receive.
To be as clear about this as possible: "I work directly for YOU, the homebuyer! You are paying me to perform the inspection, and I owe you my honest and complete opinion."
